Sandtray therapy

Sandtray is a non-verbal therapeutic approach to helping people of all ages. Sand tray therapy was developed by Dora Kalff, who was inspired by Margaret Lowenfeld, a British child psychiatrist and developer of World Technique. Kalff's Jungian-based theory was also influenced by Buddhist contemplative practices. An evidence-based approach, sandtray, helps to lower psychological distress and increase emotional expression, well-being and resilience.
